Dr. Francie Ekengren, MD
Dr. Ekengren has worked as an Emergency Department physician for over 20 years. She is also the president and chief executive officer of Mid-Kansas Wound Specialists, and the medical director and physician for Aesthetic Solutions.
Dr. Ekengren received her medical education from University of Kansas School of Medicine. She returned to Wichita and completed her medical residency in family practice at Wesley through the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor with the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita.
She has received the Kansas Health Ethics Award and HCA Frist Humanitarian Award. She has provided a number of educational presentations to professional and community audiences.
Dr. Ekengren’s community activities have included serving as a volunteer physician at Good Samaritan Clinic, an elder at Grace Presbyterian Church, a medical missionary volunteer in the Dominican Republic and a participant in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure as a survivor.
She and her husband have two sons and a daughter.
Tina Sholl,
APRN-BC, mSN
Tina started her nursing career in the Emergency Room in rural Oklahoma in 1994. She earned her BSN from Oklahoma Wesleyan and then went to graduate school at Seton Hall University. She graduated with honors with her Master of Science in Nursing as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2003. She then returned to school at Wichita State University for a Post-Masters Certification in Family Practice in 2005.
Tina has worked in the hospital and the Emergency Room since 1995 and, since 2005, has also specialized in aesthetic and cosmetic procedures. She incorporated HRT treatments into her practice in 2016 and has done thousands of procedures to help her patients feel better, look better, and improve their confidence. Tina is a clinical educator for several different aesthetic companies and, since 2013, has been teaching other practices to do the various procedures.
In her time away from the clinic, Tina enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their three children and traveling to see the world.


Katie Watson,
Medical Aesthetician
Katie’s passion for healthy, glowing skin is absolutely contagious. A proud graduate of Wichita State University with a degree in Business Administration, she brings a unique blend of professionalism and client-focused care to the world of skincare.
After earning her degree, Katie honed her esthetic skills at the renowned Eric Fisher Academy. There, she specialized in advanced facial techniques and mastered the art of smooth, effective waxing—laying a solid foundation for a thriving career in esthetics.
Before joining our team, Katie worked at the prestigious Beau Monde Spa and Boutique in Wichita, Kansas. Her time there was marked by expert training in HydraFacial, microneedling, medical-grade peels, and more. This hands-on experience equipped her with a deep understanding of diverse skin types and conditions, further fueling her commitment to personalized, results-driven skincare.
Katie’s true expertise lies in skincare education. She’s passionate about empowering clients with the knowledge they need to understand their skin and make confident choices. Whether you’re dealing with acne, looking for anti-aging solutions, or just aiming to achieve a luminous glow, Katie is dedicated to explaining the “why” behind every treatment and product recommendation.
Her ultimate goal? To help every client achieve their healthiest, most radiant skin—while building confidence and promoting a positive self-image every step of the way.
When Katie isn't at the spa, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, crocheting, caring for her fur babies, and relaxing with her favorite shows.
Diamond Jean Baptiste,
APRN-BC, MSN
Diamond brings a distinctive perspective shaped by four years of hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of emergency medicine. This demanding environment instilled in her a deep appreciation for holistic health and the vital connection between physical, emotional, and aesthetic well-being.
A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), Diamond holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from The University of Saint Mary. Her advanced training and clinical expertise extend into specialized areas such as weight management, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and aesthetic injectables—including Botox and dermal fillers.
Beyond her robust medical background, Diamond has cultivated a strong passion for aesthetics and skincare. She understands the powerful link between self-confidence and how individuals perceive their appearance. Her goal is to help each client feel empowered and radiant by enhancing their natural beauty in a safe, personalized, and supportive way.
Diamond’s philosophy centers on the belief that true wellness comes from the harmony of inner health and outer confidence. Whether she's creating a custom weight loss plan, balancing hormones, or delivering subtle, confidence-boosting aesthetic treatments, Diamond is deeply committed to supporting her clients on their journey to total well-being.

Outside of work, Diamond enjoys life with her husband and two children. She loves spending time outdoors, swimming, and unwinding with a good true crime podcast.
